SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you create profile on our website or add family members to your profile, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, date of birth, phone, gender, blood group and email address.
When you book appointments from our website, we collect further information about illness and symptoms you are facing and payment information.
During video/phone/in-person consultation, we do not record or capture your meeting. Meeting is between you and your doctor.
AskyDoc (Telecura Healthcare Solutions Private Limited) Platform provide messaging feature between doctor and patient. Any text and media shared between doctor and patient would be stored in AskyDoc’s cloud environment.
When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
We may use AI-assisted interfaces to help collect and organize medical history and symptoms provided directly by users. This information is reviewed and used by consulting doctors as part of medical care.
We may use anonymized, aggregated, or publicly available information to improve educational content on our platform. Personal health information, consultation details, or private communications are never used for training or generating public articles or content.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your payment information (credit card or other means), book an appointment, messaging doctor, facilitate consultation, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
How do I withdraw my consent?
If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at admin@askydoc.com.
SECTION 3 – DISCLOSURE
AskyDoc (Telecura Healthcare Solutions Private Limited) is the platform to connect to you to doctor and so we do share your information with the your doctor.
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 – PAYMENT
We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.
Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We use Google Meet as our video conferencing and phone meeting solution and refer to Google’s privacy policy for more details. We would share your Name and email with Google to create google meet appointments.
We could occasionally use WhatsApp Business account for doing video conferencing/ Audio calling and refer to Facebook’s and WhatsApp’s privacy policy for more details.
We application is hosted in AWS and it uses an array of cloud features to provide best in class solution. refer to AWS’s privacy policy for more details.
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways, video conferencing system and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. AskyDoc uses generative artificial intelligence (AI), including tools such as ChatGPT, within the application to assist patients in entering and structuring their medical history and symptoms prior to or during appointment booking.
This AI-assisted interaction is intended solely to help users organize and communicate information clearly and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
Information entered by users through AI-assisted features:
- Is treated as confidential medical information
- Is stored securely within AskyDoc’s cloud infrastructure
- Is made available only to the consulting doctor and authorized healthcare personnel involved in the patient’s care
AI tools used by AskyDoc:
- Do not independently make clinical decisions
- Do not replace licensed medical professionals
- Do not access other patient records beyond the specific interaction
- Are not used to train public or third-party AI models using identifiable personal or health data
All medical decisions, advice, diagnosis, and treatment are provided exclusively by qualified medical professionals during consultation.
