Refund Policy

Asky Doc is a platform created by professionals to address patient’s needs and we are committed to provide high quality service to every patient. For any reason, if the platform did not work for you, we are happy to work with you and find a resolution.

Not Satisfied Appointments

If you are not satisfied with your appointment, please contact admin@askydoc.com. We would love to hear from you and work with you to find a resolution.

Cancelled Appointments

Before 14 days of appointment date

Full Refund: All consultation or appointment (except rescheduled) can be cancelled up to 14 calendar days before the appointment date by the patient/AskyDoc account holder for a full refund. Any charges from third party payment processing company will not refunded.

To receive refund, you should send an email to admin@askydoc.com asking for refund. In email, you should specify following information.

  • Name
  • Email account associated with AskyDoc profile
  • Mobile/Phone Number
  • Date of appointment.
  • Reason for cancellation.

Before 5 days of appointment date

50% Refund: Any consultation or appointment can be cancelled up to 5 calendar days before the appointment date by the patient/AskyDoc account holder for a 50% refund. You are always welcome to reschedule the appointment to a future date without any loss. 100% of the amount paid would be applied to your future appointment.

To receive refund or reschedule, you should send an email to admin@askydoc.com asking for refund. In email, you should specify following information.

  • Name
  • Email account associated with AskyDoc profile
  • Mobile/Phone Number
  • Date of appointment.
  • Reason for cancellation.

After 5 days of appointment date

No Refund: There will not be refund for any consultation or appointment cancelled after 5 calendar days before the appointment date. You are always welcome to reschedule the appointment to a future date without any loss. 100% of the amount paid would be applied to your future appointment.

To reschedule, you should send an email to admin@askydoc.com asking for refund. In email, you should specify following information.

  • Name
  • Email account associated with AskyDoc profile
  • Mobile/Phone Number
  • Date of appointment.
  • Reason for cancellation.

Cancellations by Doctor

Full Refund: For any reason, if your doctor cancels your appointment, you would receive Full refund. You don’t have to do anything from your side.

NOTE: Your email send to admin@askydoc.com is your proof of cancellation request.

No Shows/ Late Shows to Appointment.

We value your time as well as Doctor’s time. There is no refund for appointments that you don’t show up or late more than 15 minutes of the appointment date and time. For online appointment, if you were facing technical issues, please contact admin@askydoc.com. You may qualify for partial refund.

Completed Appointments

There is no refund for completed appointments. Any appointment/consultation after the appointment start time is considered as a completed one.

Refunds Processing Time (if applicable)

Once your refund is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5-7 business days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
